Mandy is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) and the Memory Care Program Coordinator at Brookdale Fort Smith (Assisted Living). She has worked in the behavioral health field for 20 years, but has found so much joy in working with seniors for the past 7 years.
Mandy loves to network with others and is a strong advocate for seniors within our community.

Teresa brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the industrial field before discovering her passion for working with seniors while caring for her aging mother. In 2013, she joined Memory Lane as a CNA and Activities Coordinator, dedicating herself to enriching the lives of residents. She now serves as a marketing liaison, continuing to make a meaningful impact in senior care. When she isn’t volunteering with the Senior Care Alliance, Teresa enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, thrifting, and embracing the great outdoors.
