Holli is the CEO of Legacy Heights and Memory Lane in Van Buren.  She has been in this position for 5 years and loves representing our community where we have wonderful residents and fantastic staff.

Ashley is a LPN Clinical Liaison at Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital.  She works to assist with the communication with patients and clinicians who are interested in rehab.  She will come to the bedside &/or home and educate about rehab.  Ashley gathers medical information and communicates this to the admission intake with the Rehab Hospital Medical staff & Rehab Physician.  

Ashley works to help local seniors to network within our community.  Being a SCA Board Member gives her an opportunity to learn about programs/events in our area & share this information with patients and families.  Ashley says it is an honor to be a part of such a great group of leaders in the area.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and business and is currently pursuing her master’s degree. Cassie is deeply passionate about caring for the elderly community and is committed to supporting seniors and their families with compassion and dedication.

Mrs. Crystal Lougin is a graduate of Henderson State University where she received her Bachelors and Masters degrees. She has been an Arkansas licensed professional counselor since 2003. Her background includes mental health treatment of all ages at various levels of care. The past 15 years of her career has in leadership roles. In 2015 she joined Baptist Health-Fort Smith as Director of Behavioral Health. In her previous administrative role, she was instrumental in numerous growth initiatives.

She is the owner of and mental health provider for Therapy Friends Counseling and Consulting, LLC.  In February 2021 she was appointed by Governor Asa Hutchinson to the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling and served until 2024.

She has served on several local Boards of Directors, including The Good Samaritan Clinic, The Future School of Fort Smith, Comprehensive Juvenile Services and Arkansas Family Supports. She is also a member of the Arkansas Mental Health Counselors Association and has served in several leadership roles within the organization.

Jessica is the Director of Case Management at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Smith.  She is a Certified Registered Rehab Nurse, Certified Case Manager, and member of the Brain Injury Alliance of Arkansas.  Jessica enjoys helping the people of her community obtain needed services and resources to make life better.  She loves seeing patients make progress and get back to doing the things that they love. 
 
Jessica looks forward to working as a SCA Board Member to assist seniors in our community in learning about and obtaining resources available to them.
