Ashley is a LPN Clinical Liaison at Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital.  She works to assist with the communication with patients and clinicians who are interested in rehab.  She will come to the bedside &/or home and educate about rehab.  Ashley gathers medical information and communicates this to the admission intake with the Rehab Hospital Medical staff & Rehab Physician.  

Ashley works to help local seniors to network within our community.  Being a SCA Board Member gives her an opportunity to learn about programs/events in our area & share this information with patients and families.  Ashley says it is an honor to be a part of such a great group of leaders in the area.

DJ is the Director of Business Development for Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital.  He spearheads strategic initiatives to expand the hospital's reach, strengthen partnerships within the healthcare community in the River Valley, and identify opportunities for innovation in rehabilitative care.  As an Occupational Therapist, his goal is to ensure that the business strategies align with hospital's commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. 

DJ says he joined SCA to use his expertise in rehabilitation and business development towards advancing the organization's mission of providing exceptional care for seniors.

Jessica is the Director of Case Management at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Smith.  She is a Certified Registered Rehab Nurse, Certified Case Manager, and member of the Brain Injury Alliance of Arkansas.  Jessica enjoys helping the people of her community obtain needed services and resources to make life better.  She loves seeing patients make progress and get back to doing the things that they love. 
 
Jessica looks forward to working as a SCA Board Member to assist seniors in our community in learning about and obtaining resources available to them.

Mandy is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) and the Memory Care Program Coordinator at Brookdale Fort Smith (Assisted Living).  She has worked in the behavioral health field for 20 years, but has found so much joy in working with seniors for the past 7 years. 

Mandy loves to network with others and is a strong advocate for seniors within our community.

Lance Glenn is a dedicated funeral director at River Glenn Cremation and Funeral Services and a valued member of the Senior Care Alliance board. His journey in funeral services began in 2002, shortly after graduating high school in Ringling, Oklahoma. Committed to his profession, he earned an associate degree in business management from Murray State College and later a bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. With over two decades of experience, Lance is passionate about supporting grieving families with compassion and care.

In 2013, she joined Memory Lane as a CNA and Activities Coordinator, dedicating herself to enriching the lives of residents. She now serves as a marketing liaison, continuing to make a meaningful impact in senior care. When she isn’t volunteering with the Senior Care Alliance, Teresa enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, thrifting, and embracing the great outdoors.
