DEMENTIA & ALZHEIMER’S Our caregivers are trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia care and will work with you to customize a care plan to meet your loved one’s changing needs.
HANDS-ON CARE Cornerstone Caregiving provides hands-on care in the form of ambulation (mobility), bathing, dressing, and incontinence care. Cornerstone is able to meet the full physical needs of clients in order to allow them to maintain comfort and independence while living in their own cherished home.
RECOVERY When seniors return from the hospital, their recovery will take time, and our caregivers will be there to help. We’ll customize a care plan to help them recuperate safely.
CHRONIC ILLNESS We offer palliative care and hospice care support for seniors with failing health. We will do everything we can to make them comfortable and lift their spirits.
