Pinnacle In-Home Care
Pinnacle In-Home Care service is an independent, non-medical, in home care agency. We are licensed, insured, and bonded. Some of our services include: Personal Assistance, Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, meal preparation, bathing/personal hygiene, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship.
All our consultations and assessments are performed by Registered Nurses that are on our staff and attend our Case Conferences. Our clients are reassessed by one of our nurses periodically to ensure the highest level of care. Each client receives a personalized care plan that ensures every requested detail is met! Our nurses provide ongoing communication between family, health care providers, and financial representatives. Our clients also receive education and coaching to families or clients on specific disease management.
