Pinnacle In-Home Care service is an independent, non-medical, in home care agency. We are licensed, insured, and bonded. Some of our services include Personal Assistance, Alzheimer's and Dementia care, meal preparation, bathing/personal hygiene, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. We also offer Case Management, Assessments for Medical Equipment, Transitional services, non-medical transportation referrals, and comprehensive Readmission Prevention Care for those who have recently discharged from a facility.
