River Valley Primary Care

River Valley Primary Care

River Valley Primary Care Services.

We are a locally owned and operated healthcare group with 12 medical clinics, three dental clinics, and four pharmacies spanning from Mountainburg to Waldron and Fort Smith to Clarksville, covering five counties within the River Valley in Arkansas. We have received quality awards from the American Heart Association and the Health Resources Services Administration.

Our mission is to provide quality, comprehensive, and preventative healthcare to all community residents without regard to their ability to pay.

We have a sliding fee program based on your income and household size, where you could see a provider for as little as $20 if you don't have insurance or are underinsured.

We offer various services to help our patients feel their best, utilizing the newest Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services guidelines, certification boards, and federal guidelines.

These guidelines include testing for your overall health: blood sugar levels, blood count, HIV status, electrolytes, and potassium levels, to name a few. If your sugar levels are high, you might have diabetes and need annual foot and eye exams and additional lab work. If you smoke or vape, you need a lung CT. So many things drive your overall health.

Your parents and grandparents should be getting their annual checkups. These checkups help find minor issues before they become significant issues. Nurses, Doctors, Dentists, and Pharmacists all work together to ensure your overall health. We have family doctors, pediatricians, women's health, mental health, pharmacy, dentists, and HIV testing.

Patty Clark is the Executive Director at WellQuest River Valley. She began her nursing career 44 years ago and discovered early on that her joy came from helping the geriatric and developmentally disabled population in our community. She has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science and a Master's degree in Business with a focus in Medical Administration. She lives in Lavaca, Arkansas, has a wonderful son and a beautiful daughter-in-law and is awaiting the birth of her first grandchild in September of 2026. She is very excited about this Center and the PACE Model they will adhere to for our community members that are 55 years of age or older. This is an all-inclusive care model that is new to our area and is much needed for our Medicaid and Medicare recipients.
