– Emergency response, residents have personal call pendants and wall unit in bathrooms
– Scheduled transportation services (limited to Clarksville)
– Certified staff on duty: 24 hours supervision and security
– Complete maintenance off building and grounds
– Utilities (does not include cable, internet or phone)
– Unfurnished private suites on ground level
– Licensed nurse on duty daily (12 hours a day)
– Individual climate control
– Walk in showers with grab bars
– Beautiful landscaping with gazebo and walking paths
– On site beauty salon/barber shop (hair care provided for nominal fee)
– Planned educational, recreational, social and spiritual activities
