Jay Hudnall currently serves as the Director of Therapy Operations at Encompass Health Fort Smith, AR.  Jay holds a Bachelors in Occupational Therapy (University of Mississippi-’98), an Masters in Business Administration (Belhaven University-’03), and a Doctorate of Healthcare Administration (University of Mississippi-’18).  A native of South Mississippi, Jay and family relocated to the River Valley area in 2021.  Remaining inspired to serve our seniors, he thoroughly enjoys forming relationships that foster appropriate healthcare resource utilization.  Jay is actively involved with his church (FB-Greenwood), and his family activities (wife-Alicia, oldest at UoA-Jackson, middle at Greenwood-Charlie, and youngest at Greenwood-Anna Morgan).  Subscribing to servant leadership, he is excited about the opportunity to serve the Sr. Care Alliance as a board member.

Her passion for working with older adults stems from the close bond she shared with her grandparents, having helped care for her grandfather with Parkinson’s and her grandmother with renal failure. Crystal understands the challenges of caregiving and values the importance of community resources for seniors and their families. Committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle, she is excited to support the WCCOA team in improving the well-being of older adults across 14 counties.
